Happy Easter!

 Jan sent us a fun Easter package, including bunny masks and Easter garb for Cole. Unfortunately, both of my boys have big heads. Dave's is so big that he popped the elastic off the mask, and the bunny hat wouldn't begin to go all the way on Cole's head. At least the bib fit!

Time with Grandpa Blacker

Cole and I took our first plane ride together this past week to visit Grandma and Grandpa Blacker in Albuquerque, and boy was it an adventure! Cole did great on the plane, but was a little grumpy when he got off his schedule and missed his naps. In order to calm him down Grandpa would show him their flowers in front of the sink, and he was mesmerized by the way the sunlight bounced off of them. Thank goodness for beautiful flowers!

A little pea in a pod

Cole has finally started taking naps in his crib, but he wakes himself up with his flailing arms so we have to swaddle him really tight (aka wrap him in a baby straight jacket). It works every time though. :)

You never know what you're going to get when Daddy changes Cole...they have lots of fun together.

We watched a movie together this past weekend and Cole was mesmorized by the show. If you look closely, you can see the drool dripping down his chin. Dave has almost the same look on his face, minus the drool. ;-) 

Our little cricket loves playing with his bugs, especially the blue and green ones that jingle when he swats at them. He's definitely been filling out these last few weeks. 



We finally got Cole a rubber ducky for bath time, and although he doesn't really get how to play with it yet, he sure is mesmorized by it.
