Cole loves to "help" Lexi with tummy time, but he insists that he has a birp cloth under him as well just in case he spits up too. He's actually pretty good at keeping her distracted enough to forget for a little while how much she hates it. What a nice big brother!
Getting ready for the daily ritual of exploring the neighborhood with Daddy and Cole...Lexi loves facing forward in her carrier and seeing everything that's going on.
The two kiddos watching a movie together. I love that Lexi is content just watching Cole most of the time.
I had my choir concert this month and my parents were able to come and make a short visit out of it. Both Lexi and I were pretty worn out after the concert, and Cole definitely kept busy with puzzles and games and cars galore.
Sometimes Lexi is just plain fussy (I know, hard to believe from such a cute baby), and this was Dave's solution. She loved the watermellon!
Happy 4 Month Birthday, Lexi! She turned 4 months the end of April, weighing in at 13lbs and measuring 24.5 inches. Her weight is actually pretty low, her height is medium, but her head circumfrance was 99th percentile. Skinny, tall, and a big head. Definitely a Beutler. :)
Cuddles after nap time. They love each other so much.
Cole just learned how to give Butterfly kisses (with your eyelashes), and I LOVE it. He holds my face with both of his hands and leans in really close with a huge smile on his face while giving me kisses. What a sweetheart!
Other April happenings include me breaking my tailbone and a long recovery road ahead - not fun. Fortunately things are starting to get better. Thank you to our families for all of their love and support!
