Lexi's Baptism
This month was a special one for Lexi. She was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on January 2nd, 2021, by her dad. She has been preparing all year for this special day and was so excited. Everything went smoothly minus the wardrobe malfunction (her zipper split on her dress after the baptism was performed and we had to do some make-shift pinning that didn't exactly work). We were happy to have Grandma Beutler, Uncle Russ, Jake, Bryce, and Grandma and Grandpa Blacker there with us. Lexi's best friend, Elcey, and her family also attended. 
Benson's Baby Blessing Day
Benson David Beutler received a name and a blessing from his dad on January 3rd, 2021. To be honest, it was a difficult day with all of the kids, but Benson was a perfect little angel. He is not an "easy baby" in many aspects, but he has such a sweet temperament and absolutely loves watching his siblings and being loved on by them.
Adventures with Uncle Russ
My brother Russell and his boys came to spend time with us for a few weeks after Christmas. Lexi particularly loves to go adventuring with him. This time she went to a rock climbing gym with him and her and Dave went skiing with Russ and Jake. Fun times!
Cole's 10th Birthday
Happy birthday to the kiddo that made me a momma! Cole was insistent that he light his own birthday candles, and he didn't even burn down the house! He had a small little get together with a couple friends at Dart Warz and went out for donuts afterwards.
Benson
This month was a doozey for Benson. We found out he had hip dysplasia he was immediately put into a Pavlik harness, which basically locks his hips/legs in place. He has to wear it 24/7 and can only wear a onesie underneath it. Diaper changes, baths, and sleeping have all instantly become exponentially more difficult. He ended up having to wear it for 8 weeks, but his hips did form properly and we're hoping there are no problems down the road! The packaging for the harness (with a smiley baby wearing it) is definitely false advertising though.
Benson can't sit in his bouncer with his harness on (it pushes his legs in too much), so Mac did not hesitate to take advantage of the vacant seat.

Clara
Clara has absolutely loved her kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Miller, and had to snap this picture with her when they showed to school as twinsies.
All of Clara's recent writing has been about her dog, Mac. This was so sweet that I had to snap a picture!
