Happy Easter!
We had absolutely beautiful weather for Easter this year, so we decided to do a great big Easter Egg Hunt across our property with some friends. There were hundreds of eggs hidden, and the kids found most of them, but we found the last few many months later.
Go-go-go!
The kids got giant bubble wands in their Easter baskets, so we spent one morning making all sorts of fun bubbles in our backyard. The kids had a blast!
Happy 5 months to Benson! He's growing like crazy, loves his siblings, doesn't love to sleep, and is officially a cartoon character.
Macy had a mini dance recital and was thrilled to show me what she has been working on. Cutest little ballerina ever.
Clara did soccer this spring and she is loving it.
Best part about having tile = blanket rides from big sister.
Macy can be found in the middle of my kitchen island helping me chop something during pretty much every meal I make. Curry is especially fun because there are lots of vegetables for her to chop.
I have wanted to do an accent wall in the nursery for a while, and we finally got around to it. I think it turned out pretty good!
Cole and Lexi had a "Disney" themed piano recital. Cole played a song from Hercules and Lexi played a song from Snow White.
Benson LOVES easy roller rides with mommy or daddy.
Making pluck-it bread with Grandpa, just like I used to as a kid.
Macy was not going to be left out - she wanted to spread the manure in the garden with daddy.
Lexi continues to excel at gymnastics and can climb this two-story rope in 18 seconds (she's on the left rope at the top).
Macy's new favorite seat in the house...
These turkeys were strutting around right outside our chapel during Primary. We knew there were flocks of wild turkey in the forest, but it was so cool to see them all puffed out and putting a show on for us.
This was the last time we visited Cheryl Beier before she passed away.
I love this picture because you can see her husband, Ron, in the background bragging about Cheryl's famous pie crust recipe and how delicious her pies are. Love shining through even at the end.
