March 2021

Happy four months to this kid - he's thrilled to be out of his harness! Hips look good and this little guy can move again!

St. Patrick's Day
I have the luckiest bunch of little leprechauns around. Thanks to their Grandma Beutler for sending all of the Irish gear!

Green Macaroni and Cheese!

Spring Break
We flew to St. George for Spring Break to visit the Beutlers. Traveling with 5 kids (one of which is still a newborn) is no joke, especially when you have to make them wear masks everywhere! Highlights of the trip included seeing family, playing at a favorite park in St. George, swimming at the pool by Grandma and Grandpa's house, and a visit to Zion's national park. I think the kids favorite part of the trip was when Grandma and Grandpa took them to the new dollar store by their house and let them pick out whatever they wanted. Needless to say, we came home with a lot more than we left with.

Clara was eating the candy Grandpa Beutler bought her while walking on his treadmill. 😏

We recently  realized that there is an uncanny resemblance between Benson and baby "Jack-Jack" from the Incredibles, so we had to play it up. The extra large head, big blue eye, and spikey blonde hair definitely give him a cartoonish look.

Cole joined the glasses club this month!

Everyone wants Grandma Blacker's attention!

It wouldn't be Colorado Springs without our late March snow storms! Grandma and Grandpa's new house has a great sledding hill and lots of big drifts for making snow forts.

Lexi lost in the snow.

Clara lost in the snow.

Clara lost her first tooth!

Lexi is loving gymnastics these days and we often find her just chilling in the splits or upside down flipping off the couches.

Sister Cheryl Beier was Lexi and Cole's primary teacher for a bit, and a good friend to my mom. We had a chance to go visit her in her last little bit on this earth as she finished her battle with cancer.

A chocolate lollipop, a warm winter walk, and her dog - what more could a three-year-old little girl ask for?!
