I LOVE the tulips at the Denver temple in the spring time. Denver gets more of a traditional spring than we do down in Colorado Springs because we're at higher altitude. Tulips at my house don't start blooming until June, if they haven't been completely eaten by the deer yet.
Happy Easter!
The Easter bunny made an appearance at our church party, and Benson was not so sure about this giant rabbit.
Macy and Benson learned the trick of licking a Robbins Egg malt candy and rubbing the color on your lips to make it look like lipstick. Blue was the favorite this year.
Macy helped Benson to some whipped cream...
Clara is loving her soccer team. She almost always focuses on the ball now rather than the dogs being walked near by... ;-)
We tried shrink art this month, and it was a big hit. Lexi especially loved tracing things from her projector onto the paper, baking them, and then making them into key chains.
Benson came with me to the tire shop and sat and watched the mechanics work like it was a movie (of course with one of his cars in his hands). So cute!
It has been rough not having my mom and dad living with us since we moved. Macy insists on facetiming them each night to say goodnight and sing a song together. This is Benson saying goodnight to Grandpa.
Mac's favorite place to take a nap is in my freshly laundered clothes.
Macy has loved making play dough monsters of every kind this month.
Benson is so full of personality! He loves hats almost as much as he loves cars, but not quite as much as he loves his sister, Macy.
