November 2022

Happy 8th Birthday, Clara!
She partied hard this year with friends at AirCity360 (a bounce house/inflatable/zip line place) and with family at home.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Benson!

Mt. Herman
We hiked Mt. Herman in Monument with Russ and Katie's family and Mom and Dad - it was a tough hike for some of the kids, but a beautiful day to be out and up there.

Benson refused to ride in the hiking backpack but on the way down Mac got tired and didn't have a problem riding in it at all.

Our smiley soccer star! Her team had one last tournament before winter.

Can you find Macy? It was a little chilly...

Happy Thanksgiving!
This year we went over to Mom and Dad's house for dinner. We didn't get very many pictures, but it was fancy.

Other November Fun

Lexi got her first round of braces off this month!

Cole made a rocket in his industrial tech class and Macy and I were able to come watch him launch it. It didn't explode on launch and actually went pretty far!

I often come down to our basement to find all of the stuffed animals dumped out and what appear to be random piles of them everywhere. I have learned though that Cole is usually the one behind all this, organizing them into piles based on their habitat or what they eat or even their birthday month (yes, he has made a list with the other kids of each of their names and birthdays and any other important information about each one of them). Times like this I'm in awe of the way that his mind works vs other kids. Clara hugs and cuddles and gives all the loves to them while Cole makes sure they're all with the correct species.

Double-timing it with the lollipops.

I was able to come watch Lexi give her big 4th grade presentation. It was jammy day at school, so she rocked it in her leopard-print onesie.

This was a placemat that Macy made at preschool for Thanksgiving. All of the "thankful" feathers made sense, except I'm not really sure why she thinks she has a little sister. Maybe she knows something I don't...😉

Lexi is constantly upside down, no matter where we are.

Our ward put on a "Christmas Carol" dinner theater for our ward party, where the youth acted and sang for us, while other were our waiters. It was amazing!

This snow globe provided hours of entertainment!
